Designed to perform at scale, the project welcomed over 60 million visitors in only 60 days, operating seamlessly under constant demand.
Behind the scenes, 24+ mechanical systems—from precision clocks and gears to large-scale kinetic structures—worked in perfect synchronization.
All lighting and motion were intelligently controlled through a Digital Twin Dashboard, enabling real-time monitoring, adaptive performance, and reliable operation throughout the entire experience.

Illuminating the Ground, Defining the Landmark

Across 140,000 m², Finix designed and installed a comprehensive ground lighting system that shaped the visitor experience from the ground up.
With over 400 strategically placed lighting points, the space achieved both functional clarity and visual impact.
The project was completed with the installation of beacon tower lighting across the pavilion, reinforcing the site’s presence and guiding movement through light.

Smart Living, Made Simple

Finix systems implemented the Basic Smart Package across residential units, delivering an accessible entry into intelligent living.
The solution features smart lighting, LED systems, smart plugs, and AC control, all seamlessly integrated into a single, cohesive ecosystem.

With full Alexa voice assistant compatibility, residents gain intuitive, hands-free control over their homes.
Designed to enhance comfort, energy efficiency, and everyday convenience, the system also provides a scalable foundation for future smart home upgrades—ensuring long-term flexibility as needs evolve.

Step into the world of Harry Potter like never before. Our Moving Wall Experience brings the enchantment to life, with walls that shift and reveal hidden passages, creating moments of wonder and surprise at every turn. Every motion is meticulously designed and controlled to ensure seamless magic, immersing visitors in a truly spellbinding adventure that feels straight out of the wizarding world.

Turning Fire Into a Controlled Experience

The project featured the design, supply, and ongoing maintenance of 75 fire-effect units, engineered to deliver safe, reliable, and visually striking performance.
Each unit was connected to a smart online dashboard, enabling real-time control and system monitoring.
A wind-responsive control system dynamically adjusted flame behavior to environmental conditions, while integrated lighting synchronization enhanced the effect—creating a fully immersive and coordinated visual experience.

Powering Aswan’s Smart City Transformation

Implemented by Finix Systems across two major districts, including Airport Road, the project marked a major step toward intelligent urban infrastructure.
A total of 125 smart streetlight control panels were installed and fully commissioned, all connected to a centralized monitoring platform for automated, energy-efficient operation.

Through real-time control and data-driven management, the system supports Aswan’s transition into a smarter, more sustainable city, improving efficiency, reliability, and long-term urban performance.

Spanning 60,000 m², O1 Mall is powered by Sonoff smart solutions, delivering a fully connected environment that blends convenience, efficiency, and intelligent automation.
All systems are seamlessly managed through a single mobile application, providing effortless control and real-time visibility.

A comprehensive smart lighting system automates illumination across every zone of the mall—enhancing ambiance while optimizing energy consumption.
In parallel, full air conditioning control enables centralized management of all HVAC systems, ensuring consistent comfort, improved energy efficiency, and smooth day-to-day operation.

Lighting an Icon Through Intelligent Design

Finix systems delivered a fully programmable lighting system designed to recreate the iconic Eiffel Tower lighting sequences with precision.
